As a matter of fact, education has been being changed  during recent years and nobody is able to deny the power of technology in the education field. Although it is believed that for most of young educators technology is not only a very essencial tool for teaching and learning, but also a very useful hobby for them in order to achieve their objectives by approching it in many situations of the life.

On the other hand,there is no doubt that there are a group of educators who are not satisfied of what is happening around the education, because they are used to doing their job by the way they were accustomed to it. But believe it or not, technology now is a very unseperable vital tool in the education and everybody must be aware of its fundamental role in education in all over the world.

As Carol Dweck said "Everyone can grow", growth mindset is obviously vital for teaching and learning in the all situation of the life. On the countrary, fixed mindset pushes the human being toward saddness and depression which is not acceptable by the educated people in the world.   Bijan Nassiri
