Bijan's ELT reflection blog Use the power of "YET" For the first time, when I encountered the word " YET ", I really was surprised what this single word is going to tell us. Little by little I could understand that it is a fantastic word that can change our mind and life in different aspects. I would like to be a "Yet student". It means for me that nobody is perfect and we still at the beginning of the ocean of knowledge. Bijan's ELT reflection blog Bloom's Taxonomy before my comment, I'm going to present a very brief definition of Taxonomy. According to the Cambridge International Dictionary, Taxonomy is a system for naming and organizing things. Bloom's Taxonomy of educational objectives was published by Bejamin Bloom with his collaborators in 1956. There are six major categories such as knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation in Bloom's Taxonomy, Knowledge refers to pattern, structure, and setting Comprehension refers to a type of understanding Application refers to the use of abstractions Analysis presents to make clear the ideas.
